TRAIL 190 · Classic pickup kit

Physical print: not tested

A 190 mm display pickup kit with an open bed and four wheels. Ten STL files produce 15 main parts plus two optional fit tests. Printing, assembly, fit and rolling are untested.

Dimensions, fit & print notes

TRAIL 190 · Classic pickup kit A stylized single-cab pickup, not a replica of a specific make. Assembled size: 190.0 × 82.2 × 70.7 mm including wheel-pin heads and tyre tread. Ten unique STL files produce 15 model parts plus two optional test pieces. Print chassis, body, window insert, roof and grille once; wheel and wheel pin four times each; headlamp twice. Doors, bonnet and tailgate are fixed; there is no steering. Import in millimetres at 100%. Each individual STL has its base at Z=0 and fits geometrically on a 220 × 220 mm bed. Check printer height, restricted bed areas and brim separately. Parts can be printed in separate colours on a single-extruder printer. The dark window insert is opaque; the lights are decorative, not illuminated. Test first: the pin is nominally 4.0 mm diameter. Sockets marked by one, two or three dots are 4.4 / 4.6 / 4.8 mm diameter, giving 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 mm radial clearance. The middle socket corresponds to the wheel bore and chassis socket. Test without force. This coupon does not validate long sockets, body fit or free rolling. Assembly: 1. Remove necessary supports and dry-fit parts without force. 2. Insert the dark window piece from UNDER the body, narrow upper end first. Its broad base must not be forced through the smaller roof opening. 3. Seat the body on the four chassis locating pins. The chassis supports the window insert. 4. Fit four wheels with decorative faces outward. Insert one short pin from outside through each wheel into the chassis. Geometric clearances exist, but real rolling has not been tested. Total nominal axial play is about 2.1 mm; rubbing may occur at the extremes. 5. If needed, secure only the inner pin end in the chassis with suitable glue. Do not glue the pin to the wheel if movement is wanted. Follow the glue manufacturer's instructions. Snap-fit or reliable friction retention is not claimed. 6. Place the roof on the cabin rim, fit the grille and two headlamps. Secure after dry-fitting if needed. Do not lift an unsecured assembly by its roof or mirrors. Inspect bridges and supports around windows, wheel arches, mirrors, body projections and horizontal chassis holes. Long parts may warp. The exploded render is an assembly diagram, not a print layout. Small and thin parts may break; this is not a safety-tested children's toy. Support-free printing and assembly without adjustment are not guaranteed. Digital geometry has been checked. No machine-specific slicing, physical printing, strength or practical fit test has been performed. Print time and filament usage are unknown. Inspect all sliced layers, supports and first-layer adhesion. Render images show the model, not a printed product. STL contains geometry only, without colour. Editable source files are not included.
