Dimensions, fit & print notes

LOOM 176 · Relief-woven vase An original oval vase for light dry stems. Diagonal woven relief is embossed into one continuous wall; it is not an open basket or separate loose ribbons. One part, no assembly. Size: 132.738 × 100.738 × 176 mm. Foot: 84 × 64 mm. Mouth axes: 81.5 × 61.5 mm. Floor: 3.8 mm; central cavity depth: 172.2 mm. Import LOOM176_Vase_mm.stl in millimetres at 100%; confirm 176 mm height. Flat base down, opening up. Use normal solid-body slicing, NOT spiral vase mode. A 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, four perimeters and six bottom/top layers are starting points for inspection, not verified presets. Use your proven material profile. Inspect the entire floor, wall continuity, lower relief faces, neck and first layer. Internal supports may be difficult to remove. The nominal 3.4 mm wall is a radial offset, not constant normal thickness. A previous sample of 6,000 normal rays measured 2.728–6.718 mm; this is not a proof of the global minimum. Geometric downward-face overhang reaches 43.63 degrees from vertical outside the bed plane; that does not guarantee support-free printing. It fits geometrically on a 220 × 220 mm bed; check usable height, excluded areas and brim. For light dry flowers only. No water without a separately validated insert. No food, flame or hot objects. A tall or heavy arrangement can tip the vase. Filled stability and waterproofness are not tested. Preview colour and gloss are illustrative. Digital geometry has been checked. No machine-specific slicing, physical printing, strength or practical fit test has been performed. Print time and filament usage are unknown. Inspect all sliced layers, supports and first-layer adhesion. Render images show the model, not a printed product. STL contains geometry only, without colour. Editable source files are not included. Assembly & use instructions

Before printing

  1. An original oval vase for light dry stems.
  2. 3. The nominal 3.4 mm wall is a radial offset, not constant normal thickness. A previous sample of 6,000 normal rays measured 2.728–6.718 mm; this is not a proof of the global minimum.
